The aim of BEST PATHS for Denmark project is to evaluate the research work on impact assessment activities of the BEST PATHS project in a Danish context by setting demonstration KPIs and integrating global assessment for future successful replication of promising demonstration results within the entire pan-European and Danish network.
Project description
The BEST PATHS for Denmark is a supportive project, which is aligned with the EU FP7 BEST PATHS project for increasing the transmission network capacity and elec-tric system operation flexibility to the benefit for Denmark. The demonstration KPIs defined and evaluated and impact assessment activities in the EU FP7 BEST PATHS project will be studied and effectively utilized for proper replication or scaling up for Danish transmission network with high penetration of wind generation.
